branchbasicsmall.com supports a 60-day return policy for all purchased products. Customers can apply for return service within 60 days from the date of receiving the goods if the items are unused, unopened and kept in original intact packaging.

We provide free return service for eligible return orders. Customers do not need to bear any return shipping cost when following our standard return process.

After we receive and inspect your returned items conforming to return rules, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned via the original payment channel with unified settlement in USD currency.

Items that have been used, damaged artificially, missing original packaging or exceeded the 60-day return window will not be approved for return and refund. We reserve the right to final judgment on eligibility of refund applications.
